Strong wind and snow put on alert for 39 provinces in northern

The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) announced today strong wind intervals in areas of the northern half and the center of the Peninsula and the Balearics, especially in Galicia, the Cantabrian Sea and mountain areas. In addition, we expect snow in the northern third over peninsular between 800 and 1,200 meters. In the Mediterranean area, Southeast Peninsula and the Balearics, slightly cloudy skies predominate, with some cloudy intervals.

In the rest of the Peninsula are expected weak locally moderate showers and occasional storms in the northern third, less likely to be weak and scattered and the further east and south, and tend to decrease from the evening.
